Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Site Manager to oversee game-day operations and deliver a superior experience at our youth sports venue. The role requires high energy, organization, and strong problem-solving skills, with prior experience working with kids.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, able to supervise part-time staff and volunteers, and maintain safety and sportsmanship. Part-time Saturdays or weeknights, with seasonal shifts, and occasional multi-season opportunities.

Qualifications

• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekend hours (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks).

Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition.

Specifics

• Part time position (on Saturdays or various weeknights)
• 3-6 hours each shift during the season
• Ability to work multiple seasons or programs; currently hiring for Spring '26 & Summer '26
• Must be able to transport some sports/athletic equipment
