Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager in Columbia, TN to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the car wash. You will own safety, standards, and results across the site while driving membership growth and revenue through smart coaching and service recommendations.

You will recruit, train, and coach a team of assistants, shift leads, and crew, building a positive culture and ensuring metric-driven performance in a fast-paced outdoor

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop the Team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members.
  • Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: manage daily workflow and safety, maintain equipment reliability.
  • Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: set site targets, lead promotions, monitor KPIs, manage expenses.
  • Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols; audits and inspections.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase performance and reduce downtime.

You are building a team, running a business, and creating a place guests and employees want to come back to.This role sits between the Assistant Site Manager and the Market Director.
