• Proven track record retaining customers/tenants
• Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at the local and state level
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tenant appreciation activities
• Coordinate and supervise on site personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and E.V. Bishoff's quality standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and professionally
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Manage site documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports
• Prepare and present site reports to the Superintendent and Regional Property Manager
• Schedule and coordinate materials delivery
• Keep common areas in pristine condition and well supplied
• Facilitate regular site meetings to discuss project updates and address all concerns
• Ensure complete tenant satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and have them addressed and corrected
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Foster a positive culture for the tenants and the staff

Join E.V. Bishoff's dynamic team as a Site Manager, where you'll oversee daily operations , ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service. Be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the property, while leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and prospective tenants. This position is M-F.

• Oversee and manage tenant appreciation activities
• Coordinate and supervise on site personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and E.V. Bishoff's quality standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise promptly and professionally
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment
