Job summary

Newbold Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee high-level facility maintenance services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires exceptional communication, a strong work ethic, and decisive problem-solving to ensure top-tier client experience.

The candidate will lead staffing, manage budgets, and drive safety programs while coordinating with client leadership to meet cleaning expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management experience
• Previous experience as a manager in janitorial or housekeeping services
• Experience with electronic timekeeping is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable workforce
• Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
• Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address deficiencies
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Be able to adjust to changing customer needs
• Be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract
• Perform other assigned duties to support operation

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Recruit hire, train and deploy a capable work force

Requirements

• Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role

• Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
