Salary: $56,160 per year

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
  • Complete all online management and leadership training and development.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and deploy a capable workforce.
  • Meet all labor, supply, and equipment budget targets.
  • Conduct periodic quality audits and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Perform performance reviews with client leadership to ensure standards are met.
  • Adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Be hands-on in all areas of the contract.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven leadership and management success; maintenance management preferred.
  • Training or experience in plumbing, electrical, or handyman/maintenance work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping preferred.
  • Ability to perform independently at a high level.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and people skills.
