Responsibilities

• The Site Lead is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing tasks of all crew members and subcontractors on site to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The role of the Site Lead is to provide on-site support to ensure that the project is executed in line with the agreed schedule and budget.
• The Site Lead needs to have the competency of a Lead Carpenter, along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all jobsite crew members, including subcontractors.
