Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, an AI-driven parking solutions company, is seeking a Site Lead in Orlando, FL to manage daily valet operations and ensure contractual compliance. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and maintain a professional service standard for customers.

Responsibilities include training, safety adherence, and process improvement to maximize parking capacity while upholding company policies and client relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a manual transmission may be required.
• Strong oral and written communication; customer service oriented; adaptable and uses sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location and ensure valet operations follow contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Provide timely service and assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and free of debris.
• Develop a successful staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
• Substitute for any position as needed.

Responsibilities

Position: Site Lead

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Location: Orlando, FL

Basic Function

– Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that valet operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business. .

• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.
• Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Create and implement a successful staging plan, utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.
• Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Complete other duties as needed.

• Education/Experience - Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Driver’s License - Required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record. Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) may be required depending on the location.
