MANTECH International Corporation seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Site Lead to join our team in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This on-site role is 5 days a week.
You will coordinate administrative and technical tasks, manage data, schedules, travel, LOA and CAC processing, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure deliverables and contractual terms are met.

Perform all Site Lead responsibilities under the SCITES 2 contract. Provides interaction with USSOUTHCOM task leaders and contract PMO for all tasks, projects, and local customer requests
Provides essential support in program operational tasking, including Task Order (TO)-level deliverables, the creation of briefs and agendas for customer-facing meetings, and the maintenance and updating of operations schedules and customer data calls
Proficient in data entry and management, tracking and accountability of personnel, scheduling, travel arrangements, visa processing, and issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Common Access Cards (CAC). Proficient in managing local financial requirements and providing documented justification for such costs.
Provides daily administrative and technical direction to US and Foreign National staff. Support travel coordination and reporting.
Engage with TO stakeholders to ensure required deliverables are tracked, updated, and delivered as required
Review contract documents, including terms and conditions, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to assist with the negotiation of contract terms, pricing, and conditions, under the direction of Senior Analysts
Daily interaction with US Government customers on all tasks and projects, where negotiations for what is in scope for this contract will take place. Daily management of subcontractor personnel with occasional discussions and direction to subcontractor leadership. Daily accountability and communications with SCITES 2 leadership at USSOUTHCOM HQ.
BA/BS in IT Project Management or related field of study. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
5+ years of IT Operations Management or IT Project Management Experience.
Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a DOD IT Services contract, project, or task(s).
Administrative skills and personnel management experience, with the ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with established internal processes and procedures
Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars; handling incoming mail and other material; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and maintaining databases.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired
Experience working on programs outside the continental United States.
Experience using ServiceNow.
Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Must be able to drive a car for official business and walk some distance daily to access all base offices/buildings.
