Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor in Harrisburg, PA for a full-time, permanent role. The position requires leading a team in a fast-paced janitorial environment, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with maintenance and field operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly and able to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts and cover daily schedules with the team and shift lead.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
