OPmobility in Anderson, SC is seeking an IT Operations Intern who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor program for Information Technology or related studies. You will assist with end-user IT needs, support IT Technicians, and help prepare documents while balancing coursework.

The role requires good communication, resilience, and the ability to work at least 25 hours per week. This internship offers exposure to a global company and practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced mobility technology

Activities

• Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and ergonomics standards and rules.
• Assist with help and response to office and shop-floor end user’s IT needs.
• Assist in documents preparation (physical inventory, reports, digital and physical documents organization, etc.).
• Support IT Technicians and Engineers with their daily tasks when necessary.

Missions

Assist the IT Technician and Engineer in support for OPmobility computer, printers, cellphone, computer equipment and resolving user IT related questions and concerns.
