Job summary

Procter & Gamble in the USA is seeking a Site IT Operations Intern to lead end-to-end IT engineering and OT for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will contribute to resilience, security, and compliance while gaining deep supply chain experience across plant locations.

The role offers a 12-week summer internship starting May–August 2027 with a pay range of $29–$50 per hour. Eligible students pursuing a BS in CS/CE/Data/IS/Industrial Engineering or related fields should be ready to

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Manufacturing IT Exposure: Familiarity with manufacturing technology and systems operations.
IT Operations Knowledge: Understanding of incident management, organizational change, and problem management processes.
IT Infrastructure Fundamentals: Foundational knowledge of network operations or application management.
IT Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity standards to support P&G’s cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT engineering and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center.
Drive continuous improvement while gaining supply chain experience.
Be a change agent ensuring always-on, secure and compliant IT operations.
