Job summary

Dematic seeks a Site Inventory Lead to manage project materials and on-site inventory flows from receipt through distribution to installation teams. You will coordinate with Installation and Commissioning Teams to ensure timely material allocation and assist with project reporting on shortages and surpluses based on forecasted needs.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel 100% to various site locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site materials inventory from receipt to distribution for installation and commissioning teams.
• Coordinate timely allocation of material inventory with Installation and Commissioning Teams.
• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on material requirements.
• Ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to delivery forecasts.
• Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic MM Tool.

The Site Inventory Lead manages inventory processes, coordinates off-site warehouse materials, and supports project operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports on site safety and material movement, maintaining records, staging materials for project sites, and coordinating project-specific documentation.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 to 68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do:

• Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
• Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.
• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
• Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.
• Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time at different site locations.
• Forklift experience is mandatory.
