NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Site Development Inspector to support commercial development, utility, and public infrastructure projects in the Naples, Florida area. This position is responsible for performing field inspections and construction observations to verify that work is being completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable municipal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and identify critical site features such as property lines, right-of-way (ROW) boundaries, stormwater infrastructure, utility systems, grading elements, and site development improvements . Experience with construction inspection is a plus; however, candidates with strong plan-reading skills and a willingness to learn will be considered, as NOVA provides training and professional development opportunities.
