Nature's Bakery in Salt Lake City is seeking an HSE Specialist to support the site Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and foster a robust HSE culture among all associates.

You will execute audits, environmental compliance, training, incident investigations, and risk management while adapting to site needs, including night and weekend hours. This role backs the HSE Manager and helps drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing safety and environmental programs is a plus.
• Strong communication across levels and teams required.
• Knowledge of HSE principles and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
• Maintain audit-ready state of compliance with HSE standards.
• Deliver training to site associates on HSE expectations and training plans.
• Investigate HSE incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Support risk management and IH monitoring at the site.
