E2 Optics is a fast-growing, woman-owned technology integrator delivering cutting-edge solutions for data centers, AI, cloud, and beyond. We seek an experienced HR leader to guide policies, onboarding, benefits, and employee development across sites.

In this role, you’ll partner with site leadership to drive engagement, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and build programs that support growth and culture. Travel to designated sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR (Professional HR) certification or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR policy administration experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support on HR policies and programs.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and onboarding across sites.
• Manage benefits meetings, open enrollment, and documentation (I-9, etc.).
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and partner with site leadership on workforce planning.
