Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including sterile manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent and strengthen an inclusive site culture with succession planning.
• Lead manufacturing operations, product transfers, launches, lifecycle activities, and productivity improvements per global standards.
• Ensure reliable product supply while managing costs, budgets, assets, resources, purchasing synergies, and site demand requirements.
• Ensure quality system and regulatory compliance and identify quality risks.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance and advance sustainability opportunities.
• Identify business continuity risks and implement mitigation plans and emergency activities.
• Drive data, digital capabilities, and new technologies to identify efficiency opportunities and inform investments.
