Responsibilities include delivering site strategy, managing P&L and investments, and representing the site in the global network to align with long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site strategy, drive operational excellence and on-time product supply; manage site P&L and investments.
• Ensure GMP standards, regulatory compliance and EHS; lead inspections and audits.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Represent the site in the global network and contribute to cross-site initiatives and long-term strategy.
