Qualifications

• Have a proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume service environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales initiatives and growing a site’s customer base.
• Strong coaching, development, and cross-functional team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level operations including managing team performance and customer service quality.
• Maintain top-of-the-line car washes and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead local sales strategies and marketing efforts to grow membership and community presence.
