Job summary

Securitas US is seeking a Site Flex Officer in Michigan. The role offers $21.50 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company. You must have flexible availability, a valid MI driver’s license, and a proven attendance record.

Training is provided if needed, and security experience is encouraged but not required. You will support client sites and maintain safety and security across locations.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to accept and respond to assignments on short notice.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at client sites to ensure safety and security.
• Patrols and monitors premises as directed and responds to incidents promptly.
• May require lifting up to 25 pounds and long periods of standing or walking.
• Proceed with drug screening and background check as required.

Wage: $21.50/ hour

Job Requirements:

• Cover staffing shortages due to vacations, call-offs, illnesses, no-shows, and other absences
• MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple work locations
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic
• Ability to accept and respond to assignments on short notice
• Valid MI driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in security, customer service, military, law enforcement, or loss prevention is encouraged.
• Experience working independently and adapting to changing environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers and technology.

Security Officer/Guard:

• Security Positions are Full and Part Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
