Job summary

A youth sports organization is hiring a Site Director for summer baseball and softball camps in San Diego County. The ideal candidate will inspire youth, ensure a safe environment, and manage staff. Responsibilities include executing camp curriculum and connecting with campers aged 4-13. Candidates must commit to a 10-week schedule and have a background in baseball or softball. Compensation ranges from $1,360 to $1,600 per week, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 4-13.
• Experience coaching and/or playing baseball/softball at a high school level or higher.
• Ability to connect with children in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Supervise and motivate staff and campers.
• Execute Baseball Camps Curriculum daily.
