KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of educators and deliver engaging classroom experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while building strong relationships with children, families, and school partners.

As Site Director you will drive recruitment and enrollment, collaborate with teachers, district leaders, and community partners, and strive for educational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and balance operations with pedagogy.
• Meet state licensing and safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates in compliance with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Cultivate relationships with families, school and district leaders, and community partners.
