Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' direct experience in land development design; 5+ years preferred.
• PE licensure in Virginia preferred.
• Experience with Northern Virginia land development projects preferred.
• Proficient in Civil 3D; strong design and plan/permit processing skills.
• Experience with grading, storm water, drainage, and roadways; water/sewer design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate all Land Development design aspects.
• Work with Senior PM and jurisdictional staff.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Prepare construction documents, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Monitor milestones and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver high-quality designs within scope and budget.
