Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Site/Civil Discipline Lead in Silver Spring, Maryland, to support water infrastructure projects. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, manage site civil engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality designs for municipal and industrial projects. You’ll have over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, especially in water and wastewater infrastructure. The position offers a salary between $135,000 and $195,000 along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive site/civil engineering experience focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience leading large, complex water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site/Civil Discipline Lead for water/wastewater projects and ensure integrated site solutions.
• Lead the development and review of designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop teams of site/civil engineers and designers.
