Job summary

HDR's Site Civil Engineer will lead civil design on a range of projects, from site layouts to grading, drainage, paving and utilities. You’ll apply quality management standards, perform quantity calculations, and prepare specifications and contract documents.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with teams across locations, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly to stakeholders while delivering safe, sustainable infrastructure that supports HDR’s engineering goals.
