Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research or site management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities with multitasking capability.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites (PI, site coordinators, staff).
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant study conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies per study/site needs.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams.

As a Site Care Partner at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.
• Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site.
• Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
