Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience, high‑end residential preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of technical construction terms and experience with new materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project manager and superintendent to build according to plan.
• Contribute to estimating efforts and maintain project documentation.
• Partner with project manager to ensure payments are correctly processed.
