Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as a site-level contact, ensuring quality, integrity and regulatory compliance of clinical trials across phases, in line with ICH GCP and SOPs. The CRA will monitor sites, verify data, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to advance study objectives.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 2–3 years of clinical research experience, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (as locally required).
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Relevant prior Pharma/Biotech Sponsor employment or experience as a clinical study coordinator preferred.
• Experience in the drug discovery/development process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites across trial phases per Site Monitoring Plan and ICH GCP.
• Verify data accuracy in electronic and paper records to ensure data integrity.
• Support audits/inspections and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external sites.
• Manage site feasibility, initiation and close-out activities.
