Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist in Tampa to support wireless telecommunications projects.

You will lead site identification, lease negotiations, zoning and permitting, and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in site acquisition, strong negotiation and project-management skills, and proficiency with GIS tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning, transportation planning, urban planning or related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency in GIS software
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Project management and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Independently manage site acquisition projects from RF search to NTP acceptance and closeout.
Develop and drive project schedules to meet deployment milestones.
Coordinate activities among internal teams, surveyors, environmental consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
Track deliverables, identify risks and proactively resolve schedule or budget issues.
Maintain project documentation, reporting and status updates using PM tools.
Ensure budgets, forecasting and invoicing align with client requirements and scope.
