Job summary

EmployBridge in Illinois is seeking dependable sit-down forklift operators for an immediate opening. Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20.28 per hour, and weekly pay plus benefits.

You will safely operate the sit-down forklift to support daily warehouse operations, load and unload, pick and stage products, verify counts, replenish inventory, and maintain a clean and compliant work area. A minimum of six months of sit-down forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to support daily warehouse operations
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate palatalized products
• Perform manual case picking as needed
• Prepare and stage products accurately for shipment
• Conduct outbound load audits, verify labels, and identify count discrepancies
• Replenish inventory by stocking products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
