Job summary

Randstad USA in Spring Hill, TN is seeking expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists to move palletized goods and manage racking operations. You will use RF scanners to track pallet movements and perform just-in-time replenishment to keep order fulfillment seamless.

The role requires safety-focused operation, adherence to load capacities, and efficient staging of inbound/outbound shipments, with opportunity for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels using the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology with forklift operations to verify and log pallet movements and storage locations.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads for efficient dock space use.
• Operate at required production speeds while enforcing load capacity and stability guidelines.
