PLA is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Sparks, NV. You will load and unload trailers, move pallets, organize inventory, and document movements with safety and precision.

This full-time role offers a 4:00 AM–12:30 PM schedule, 50-cent hourly increases at 90 days, 1 year and annually thereafter for up to 5 years, and comprehensive benefits including Daily Pay, Weekly Pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k) with employer match, and flexible benefits.

As a skilled Forklift Operator and Forklift Driver, you will be essential to our warehouse operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of pallets and materials. You will primarily focus on loading and unloading trailers, organizing inventory, and ensuring all movements are accurately documented. Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Guaranteed Progression: 50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.
