Job summary

Club Car seeks a SIOP Analyst to collaborate with materials management and supply chain leadership to develop the monthly S&OP cycle, forecast, and demand modeling. The role focuses on optimizing schedules and reporting across Mapics, Synchrono, and Demand Solutions.

Responsibilities include building tools, updating forecasts, and communicating inventory estimations to leadership while supporting risk assessments and weekly SIOP meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, production/material control in manufacturing.
• Experience in use of computer software/hardware systems.

• Develop, update and optimize the S&OP Excel tools to generate the final Master Production Schedule.
• Create reports to track inventory, consumption, transfer orders, aftermarket, forecast and demand modeling.
• Update systems with agreed volumes, forecasts and planning parameters.
• Act as super user for ERP and reporting tools to optimize structures for teams.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Conduct market research with PGT groups and synthesize forecasts with demand tools.
• Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management and explain variances.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Works with materials management to ensure that contracted materials and/or services arrive as scheduled to meet customer requirements, avoid shortages and to minimize the company's inventory investment. Participate and/or lead the monthly SIOP cycle including development, analytics and communication.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for developing, updating and optimizing the S&OP excel tools which generates the final SIOP Master Production Schedule.
• Works with Supply Chain leadership to develop reports to track inventory, consumption, transfer orders, aftermarket, forecast, demand modeling and utilization.
• Updates Systems with agreed volumes, forecasts, planning parameters as recommended.
• Serves as a super user amongst the supply chain system tools ( Mapics, Synchrono, Demand Solutions) to optimize reporting structures for the teams.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
• Conduct in-depth market research with PGT groups and synthesize short- and long-term forecasts with the demand tools available.
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Measure Forecast Accuracy and determine Root Causes behind forecast variances communicate and take corrective action
• Participate and/or lead all SIOP and aftermarket weekly meetings.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and other management reports as required.
• Performs other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.

Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience, purchasing, production/material control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in use of computer software/hardware systems.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of modern office equipment.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Tools
• Knowledge of ERP, especially in a manufacturing environment
