Responsibilities

• Planning: Develops ambitious goals to increase student achievement; uses CCSS to plan lessons, units, and assessments; differentiates for diverse learners.
• Execution: Engages scholars, challenges them, and maintains focus during learning; uses effective checks for understanding and adapts methods.
• Assessment: Administers daily Exit Tickets and tracks data to inform instruction; communicates scholar progress with families.
• Culture: Creates a positive classroom culture with high expectations, respect, and equity; manages behavior and routines to maximize learning time.
• Leadership: Demonstrates a whatever-it-takes attitude; collaborates to build campus culture; reliable and punctual in processes and events.
