Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate simulation-based curricula aligned with organizational priorities and national standards.
• Develop simulation scenarios with learning objectives, case design, assessment strategies, and structured debriefing methodologies.
• Facilitate simulation-based learning for physicians, residents, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams; provide coaching and formative feedback.
• Deliver didactic instruction, experiential learning activities, and procedural skills training.
• Evaluate educational effectiveness using learner assessments and program metrics; support accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and educators to assess learning needs and align programs with strategic priorities.
• Provide mentorship to faculty on simulation methodology and debriefing practices.
