Job summary

Shield AI seeks a Simulation Framework Lead to guide a team of C++ and Python engineers designing the modeling and simulation interfaces that connect core autonomy to multiple backends. You’ll shape the roadmap and migration path from HMSSimBlocks to HMSF while maintaining active program support.

You will partner with HMP, drive requirements, establish templates and tooling for SITL/HITL testing, and ensure defense-standard interoperability across GRID/JSE, CIGI, CSF, and DDS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 7+ years of related experience including leadership.
