Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Simulation Developer to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab’s transition to digital wargaming. Design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments, and integrate them into larger system architectures.

Require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years in software development for simulation or 10+ years without a degree, proficiency in C, C#, Python, or Java, and experience with AFSIM, NGTS, OneSAF, Unity, Unreal, Simio, or Arena.

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to improve model fidelity and accuracy.
• Implement new features, conduct testing and validation, and troubleshoot simulation issues.
• Lead planning, coordination, and documentation activities, including data collection and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C , C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with simulation platforms like AFSIM, NGTS, OneSAF, Unity, Unreal, Simio, or Arena.
• Knowledge of version control and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of military modeling and simulation principles, wargaming, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with mission engineering, campaign analysis, and military systems.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics, physics engines, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements: Must hold a current TS/SCI security clearance, be able to perform manual labor if needed, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
