Trideum Corporation is seeking a highly capable Simulation Data & Analytics Engineer to design and implement automated data capture, telemetry processing, and analytics capabilities in support of advanced Army simulation and acquisition programs.

The engineer will play a central role in developing distributed logging pipelines and visualization dashboards that transform complex network telemetry into actionable insights for tactical performance assessment and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research or related STEM discipline.
• 4+ years of telemetry extraction, distributed logging, network metric analytics, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency with data processing tools, scripting languages, and visualization platforms (e.g., Python, Pandas, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of network performance metrics and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to design dashboards translating telemetry into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a highly capable Simulation Data & Analytics Engineerto design and implement automated data capture, telemetry processing, and analytics capabilities in support of advanced Army simulation and acquisition programs. The engineer will play a central role in developing distributed logging pipelines and visualization dashboards that transform complex network and simulation telemetry into actionable insights for tactical performance assessment and decision support.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engineer automated data collection pipelines for high-volume telemetry streams generated by distributed simulation environments.


• Implement distributed logging frameworks to capture, normalize, and store system, network, and application-level metrics.


• Develop analytics models and visualization dashboards to identify tactical network bottlenecks, latency patterns, packet-loss behaviors, and electronic warfare (EW) effects.


• Produce data-driven performance metrics and reports supporting acquisition evaluations and system readiness assessments.


• Integrate analytics components with virtualized Digital Engineering (DE) Environment nodes, RF propagation models, and simulation middleware services.


• Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and traceability across simulation events and test cycles.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to refine instrumentation requirements, optimize telemetry flows, and support multi-lab federated exercises.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related STEM discipline.


• 4+ years of experience in telemetry extraction, distributed logging, network metric analytics, and dashboard development.


• Proficiency with data processing tools, scripting languages, and visualization platforms (e.g., Python, Pandas, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, or similar).


• Strong understanding of network performance metrics, distributed systems behavior, and real-time data processing pipelines.


• Demonstrated ability to design dashboards that translate technical telemetry into clear, decision-ready insights.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with DoD modeling and simulation environments or tactical network instrumentation.


• Familiarity with machine learning or statistical modeling for performance trend analysis.


• Experience supporting CI/CD workflows, automated validation pipelines, or big-data platforms
