Lactalis American Group Inc is hiring a Silos and Lines Operator II based in Nampa, ID. This role focuses on maintaining the flow of operations on the line, with responsibilities including startup/shutdown, equipment operation for a full 12-hour shift, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets quality standards and correct identification.
• Complete paperwork to document quality, safety and productivity.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow Food Safety Management System guidelines and participate in meetings/trainings.

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Silos and Lines Operator II based in Nampa, ID.

Requirements

The Operator II – Whey position will be responsible for the operational flow of equipment on the line listed as follows: Permeate Packaging, WPC Dryer, Line/Line CIP, Membrane, Permeate Evaporator, or Permeate Dryer.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Ensure the machine they are operating is running smoothly and effectively.
• Operator will be able to successfully perform start-up, shutdown and operate machinery for a full 12 hours per day.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational/mechanical problems on a timely basis to ensure an efficient, smooth flow of product.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards, and the product identification is correct.
• Perform documentation to guarantee the quality, safety, and productivity of the process.
• Complete required paperwork ensuring non-compliance is documented and the required changes are made.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any problems or concerns to shift supervisor.
• Ensure product standards meet company requirements and follow the Food Safety Management System guidelines.
• Attending department meetings and trainings as needed.
• Responsibilities may vary by department, and other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Ability to lift 55 LB. unassisted repeatedly.
