Responsibilities

• Run injection molding pumping stations and injection molding machines.
• Run drill presses and monitor product quality.
• Core injection-molded parts and collect manufacturing performance data.
• Maintain a clean working environment through regular cleaning.
• Follow all cleanroom gowning procedures.
• Collects and reports manufacturing performance data.
• Reviews and completes work orders (paper-based and electronic).
• Maintains a clean working environment through regular cleaning of the cleanroom and equipment, along with 5S.
• Follows all cleanroom gowning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

A Silicone Injection Room Operator utilizes injection molding machines and drill presses to mold and core silicone parts to fulfill daily production requirements in accordance with the production schedule.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Run injection molding pumping stations and injection molding machines.
2. Run drill presses.
3. Monitor product quality to ensure injection molded parts are made to specifications.
4. Cores injection-molded parts.
5. Ability to understand tolerances and use basic measuring equipment (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
6. Collects and reports manufacturing performance data.
7. Reviews and completes work orders (paper-based and electronic).
8. Maintains a clean working environment through regular cleaning of the cleanroom and equipment, along with 5S.
9. Follows all cleanroom gowning procedures.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
