• Weigh and blend silicone batches safely and efficiently to meet foamline demand.
• Confer with technical and supervisory staff to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality.
• Responsible for inventory tracking and materials discrepancy reporting.
• Adaptable to stressful and unpredictable plant situations while communicating with staff.
• Maintain housekeeping in the mixing area and storage spaces per 6S.
• Other duties as assigned.
