Qualifications

• Valid California real estate broker's or salesperson license (in process or obtained).
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Procure clients and lead the advisory and execution portions of transactions.
• Manage relationships with portfolio clients on national or global basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams including attorneys, financial analysts, construction experts, and others.
• Deliver high-performance corporate real estate advisory services.
