Job summary

Intel's Silicon Photonics (SiP) Process Development and Manufacturing (SPDM) team is seeking an experienced Process or Product Integration Engineer to drive integration for next-gen optical interconnect products. You will define process flows, develop devices, train teams, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver milestones across the product life cycle.

You will work with IPS, F11x process engineering, finance, wafer-level test, QnR, and OSAT teams to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Science such as Materials, Physics, Optics/Photonics.
• 2+ years in semiconductor/silicon photonics process tech.
• 2+ years in data analysis, SPC, and DOE principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish process flow, procedures and equipment for new devices/products.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize processes through development.
• Lead yield optimization and NPI roadmaps across PLC phases.
• Interface across IPS, process engineering, QA/R, and OSAT teams to meet milestones.
