Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on engineering with excellent debugging skills.
• Familiarity with photonic tools like lasers and optical power meters.
• 2+ years calibration and de-embedding for EE/EO/OE measurements.
• 2+ years bringing development solutions into manufacturing (HVM).
• 4+ years MS Office and diagnostic software experience.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills.
