Our Silicon Packaging team works at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, optical, and thermal engineering to bring co-packaged optics from concept to high-volume production.

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary range for this role determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
Hourly Range: $40 USD - $67 USD
