Job summary

FedEx Office in Kent, WA seeks a Production Operator – Signs & Graphics to run printers and finishing equipment, process S&G orders, and keep the production area clean and organized. You’ll follow supervisor instructions, support lean manufacturing, and provide reliable customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of related experience, and good verbal and written communication skills. FXO and commercial print experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of related experience preferred.
• Prior FXO products & services offerings preferred.
• Commercial print environment experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce Signs & Graphics print/finish orders as requested and/or directed.
• Operate Signs & Graphics printers and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing.
• Provide customer service, including problem solving, to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles to enable Done Right On Time quality results.
• Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing center functions.
• Maintain work area to 5S standards.
