Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook who loves food and teamwork. You will contribute to Signature Dining Programs, taking part in à la minute cooking and chef-inspired dishes with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, work weekends/holidays, and operate in varying temperatures while delivering high-quality menu items for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have culinary experience and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures (hot kitchens to cold storage).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station.
• Use culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction.
