Life Time, Inc. is seeking passionate, certified fitness professionals to join our team as Signature Format Coaches. Lead high-energy, results-driven programming across formats such as Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, and more to deliver an exceptional member experience.

You’ll coach a range of abilities, foster community, and uphold Life Time brand standards. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED, and at least one national certification in your format, plus 1+ year

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification.
• At least one nationally recognized certification for your format.
• 1+ year teaching or coaching experience in your area of expertise.
• Ability to physically demonstrate and teach your format.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective workouts specific to your Signature format.
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all levels.
• Create an inclusive, high-energy group environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized training space.
• Promote Signature programming and brand culture.
• Participate in trainings, teach backs, and ongoing coaching development.
