Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in Peabody, MA. You will prepare and cook menu items for residents, using proper techniques and food safety standards, while maintaining quality and presentation during service.

We offer new pay rates ($22.00 – $25.00/hour) and a team-oriented kitchen focused on growth and work-life balance. Onsite benefits are provided and opportunities to advance into lead cook and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience is required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service.
• Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back.
