Requirements: 21+ years old; prior bartending experience preferred; strong customer service and communication; ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and obtain licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve up amazing beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers—both classic cocktails and creative non-alcoholic concoctions.
• Master signature drink recipes and mix beverages with flair and precision, delivering consistent quality every time.
• Serve drinks with style and energy, following established service procedures to keep the vibe flowing.
• Work the cash register like a pro—process transactions smoothly, keep your bank accurate, and handle the financial side with confidence.
• Keep the bar looking sharp and inviting by clearing used glasses, wiping down surfaces, restocking napkins, and maintaining a spotless workspace.
• Be the friendly face behind the bar—greet guests with genuine warmth and engage in great conversations that make their experience memorable.
• Stay ahead of the game by preparing requisitions and orders for bar stock to keep supplies flowing.
• Keep the ice supply fresh and ready so you never miss a beat during service.
