Clara's Junction is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at our Santa Clara location. You will greet guests, suggest pairings, and ensure accurate order entry and payments while maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar.

A strong knowledge of mixology and recipes will help you craft signature cocktails and stay current with trends. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is valued, as is a customer-centric approach and adherence to safety regulations.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and standard bar procedures.
• Knowledge of POS and proper cash/credit handling
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Customer-centric approach
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Collaborate with bar staff, kitchen staff, and servers for smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain team cohesion.
• Assist in training new staff as needed.

• Monitor guest alcohol intake and comply with age regulations.
